The apartments Loixmar are situated in the Avenida Ametlla del Mar in the Rincón de Loix area surrounded by bars, shops, banks, restaurants etc., and just approximately 300 metres to the beautiful Levante beach. You can take a walk along the famous promenade of the Levante beach and enjoy the Benidorm atmosphere. Quite close to the apartments Loixmar is situated the Benidorm Palace Night Club with an international show with a Spanish ballet, flamenco and international artists, not to be missed.
The apartments Loixmar are ideal for your holidays. They consist of one bedroom, American style kitchen equipped for 4 people, a complete bathroom, cosy living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace where you can relax. The apartments have included in the price TV and a washing machine. There is a safety deposit box in the apartment for rent for your personal security, this is optional. Some apartments also have air conditioning which can be requested at the time of booking; there is a small daily supplement payable locally (€7-€8.50 per day). There is a communal car park with some shaded and some unshaded spaces. A childrens playground for the kids to amuse themselves, while you swim in the pool or sunbathe on the surrounding terrace. Prices include, change of linen (sheets and towels)weekly, electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage to pay of 100 euros.

For each full paying adult, one child is entitled to a free entrance at TERRA MITICA (fantastic themed rides and shows for all the family), MUNDOMAR (spectacular park featuring dolphins, sea lions, shows, wildlife set in parkland and gardens) and AQUALANDIA (One of the original water parks with water slides and thrills for all). This offer amounts to a saving of over €59.0 per child on the normal entrance prices for all parks. Children up to 10 years of age (inclusive) are included at Terramitica and up to 11 years of age (inclusive) at Mundomar and Aqualandia. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Details of how to claim this will be included in your booking confirmation. The Terra Mitica Park is open every day from 12th June to 14th Sept. and normally 4 days per week (Thurs – Sun) other periods from 12th March to 1st November.
