Cambrils to the West and La Pineda to the East merge with Salou itself into one continuous resort some 10 miles long. Located only 80 metres from the beach of the Platja de la Pineda, overlooking the sea, the hotel Palas Pineda is a luxurious place for your enjoyment. You will be surprised at the impressive entrance with a 16 metres high hall and a transparent domed ceiling.

The hotel invites you to taste its specialities and more typical plates in the Buffet Fidias, Salon Olimpo, all of them with a select ambience and offering meals prepared by a great team of professional cooks specialising in international cuisine, in the characteristic gastronomy of the area and in the Mediterranean cuisine, featuring a large team of assistants and waiters. The whole team is at your service so that your palate may taste the most exquisite plates and gastronomic creations. Should you wish to celebrate conventions or luxurious banquets, we can offer you the new restaurant Hidra offering Mediterranean and traditional cuisine of the area.
Full Board Plus includes unlimited consumption of national alcoholic and soft drinks, served two hours before restaurant opening times and during lunch and dinner time.

Accommodation

Lodge in one of the hotels wide rooms that has a terrace with views and is equipped with two beds, complete bathroom with dryer, telephone, television with international channels, and safe (local charge). You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mini-bar (local charge) and you will find a welcome pack on arrival. You will also have comforts such as room service & alarm clock service. Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant (meals timetable available at the reception). During meals soft drinks, house wine, tea & coffee are offered. Snacks such as crisps & ice cream are available between 10:00 & 23:00 at the bar. AI drinks like whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc are served at the bar from 10:00-23:00.

During your stay you will receive punctual information on the activities and entertainment programs that are featured in the hotel. You will be able to take any one of the trips that we carry out under the leadership of specialised guides. You can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with a slide and a jacuzzi, a swimming pool for children, indoor swimming pool, thermal spa, gym, sauna, solarium, tennis and paddle tennis courts. There are also a games rooms and recreational rooms fully equipped with table games, video games, billiards, table football, etc. And for the night life, you have the opportunity to enjoy of good music in the main bar or the terrace of our hotel.

Resort Information

Daytime: water sports such as pedaloes and windsurfing. For younger children a big amusement park near the port area; for bigger children, go-karting just outside the resort, easily reached by local bus. La Pineda has one of the biggest water parks in the region served by a local bus service every 20 minutes from Salou centre. Port Aventura is a full-blown theme park modelled on Busch Gardens in Florida (limited winter opening hours; please contact the park directly). It has five themed areas: Polynesia, Mexico, China, the Wild West and the Mediterranean. This could take up to 2 days to visit thoroughly. Foodwise there is something to suit everybody. British pubs, pizzerias, burgers, Chinese, Spanish tapas bars, and quite a few very classy restaurants. Nightlife: hundreds of pubs, music bars, discos, flamenco bars and nightclubs, many of which stay open till the early hours of the morning. A wide range of shops, from typical souvenir stalls to high-class boutiques, leather shops, perfumeries, supermarkets etc. A flea market is held every Monday in the old centre of town.
