Food & Beverage

The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and evening dinner in buffet style. There is show cooking every day at breakfast and also on the theme nights which are held 3 times per week. La Masia de Can Vicenc (the pool bar) is found on the terrace where you can enjoy an assortment of pizzas, sandwiches and a BBQ. The main bar with its large open terrace and cafeteria has a TV area and serves French and Flemish cuisine. The pub is open until late at night.

Accommodation

The hotel comprises 294 rooms in total. The twin rooms which accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, are equipped with the following: private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, mini bar (available on request), direct dial telephone and a spacious terrace. Baby cots are available on request (paid locally) and will count as 1 person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy. There is a purpose built courtesy room with shower facilities for those guests with a late check out.

There is a large swimming pool area for adults and a separate pool for children surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, which is set within well kept gardens, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Other activities include, mini-golf, billiards, table tennis and video games with an internet corner. For the children there is a playground. The Regium fitness centre offers a gym which is large and fully equipped with modern facilities and has classes such as aerobics and spinning (the gym is free from 11.00 untill 18.00 and from 18.00 till 22.00 a small charge is payable locally), Jazuzzi, sauna, heated pool, Turkish bath and a cold bath. Special beauty treatments are also available including, massages, facials and anti-stress treatments. (which are payable locally). The hotel runs junior activities from 10.30–11.45 & 15.00–16.00 and a mini disco between 21.30–22.00. In the main lobby there is a small shop which sells british press, suncreams and beach wear. There is nightly entertainment including live music,dancing and magic shows. Overall this is a very good quality hotel, ideal for a family holiday especially for those wishing to visit Port Aventura.

The Regina Gran Hotel is one of the best hotels in Salou, a popular tourist resort on the Costa Dorada of Spain. It is centrally located and is equipped with modern rooms, services and facilities with friendly helpful staff within this clean modern hotel. It is just 200m from the centre of Salou, approximately 700m from the beach and very near to the Universal Studios Port Aventura theme park (limited winter opening hours; please contact the park directly). Or guests can walk to Port Ventura within 20 minutes from the hotel.
