International check-in /check-out law means that rooms are booked from midday to midday, not from guest’s arrival time at the hotel. Keeping your room on at the end of your stay maybe be possible, depending on availability, but would incur a local charge paid to the hotel. Kuşadasi centre is located about 6km away, Izmir airport (ADB) is approx 75km and Bodrum Airport (BJV) is approx 135km.

Pinebay Holiday Resort is located in Kusadasi in a beautiful bay surrounded by magnificent nature and is made up hotel rooms in the main building and club and bungalow rooms which are separate. The official rating of the Hotel is 5*, club and bungalows are 4*. The complex is situated on the seafront with a 2 km fantastic private beach awarded a blue flag.

Accommodation

Pine Bay Holiday Resort is a first class holiday resort with 243 hotel room and 302 Club rooms and bungalows. The rooms are prepared as reflecting the Pine Bay quality with traditional and friendly Turkish hospitality. All the rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air-conditioning, telephone, mini bar, hairdryer, safe deposit box, satellite-TV, all with terrace or balcony. Please note that the only option for 4 pax will be the bungalow rooms, not hotel rooms in the main building.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the Terrace restaurant. During breakfast concentrated fruit juices, tea and coffee are offered; during lunch & dinner, soft drinks, beer, house wine, local alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea. Late breakfast can be taken from 10:00-11:00 at the pool bar (set menu, with concentrated fruit juices, tea and coffee). Different kinds of food & snacks along with beverages are available between 10:00 & 18:00 at the Sail bar, the pool bar, the marina restaurant and the beach bar as well as midnight soup from 23:00-24:00 at the Terrace restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, beer, house wine, spirits, coffee and tea are served from 10:00-24:00 at seven different bars. In-room mini bars are filled with two small bottles of water, two coca colas, one Fanta and one mineral water per day per room.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include fitness centre, hamam, sauna, jacuzzi, matresses on the beach, an Aquapark for kids & adults on site and all day animation. Canoes, pedaloes, tennis courts, table tennis and billiards are free of charge, upon reservation. Surfing is available with reservation, but only for guests with surf licence.

Sports & Leisure

In hot summer days the guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, children’s pool and the new hotels aquapark. A place full of light and green, the indoor pool is surrounded by a botanical garden consists of high Benjamin and banana trees The indoor pool is heated according to the seasonal weather conditions. At the hotels there is also available Mini Club for children between 5&12 yrs old, including competitions, shows etc.

Entry Requirements

You may obtain a multiple entry visitors visa valid for 90 days at the port of entry on payment of ten pounds sterling, cash (Scottish currency is not accepted).
