The Hermitage Restaurant is an all day dining restaurant. In the evening’s guests have the choice between a la carte and a daily changing international theme buffet. The lobby Bar/Bistro Caffe Roma offers a wide range of coffee specialties and snacks. Sunshine Café is the place to be. Located directly at the outdoor pool, guests can enjoy the sun and beautiful landscape under parasols on comfortable, wooden chairs with soft cushions. The Café offers light and refreshing snacks, freshly made salads, fashionable fruit cocktails and daily specials. The Sunshine Cafe is open during the summer months. For guests of the Level rooms an elaborated breakfast served between 7h00 to 11h30 in the Level lounge, complimentary refreshment of non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages from 14:30 until 17:00 and special area for dinning in the Hermitage restaurant is offered.
