This place is perfect for a family break. It’s wrapped in acres of gardens, so you’ve got plenty of space to spread out. There’s a figure-of-eight swimming pool, plus a smaller one just for children. What’s more, the hotel is pulled up against a little beach, which means you’ve got the sand right on your doorstep.
In terms of things to do, there’s everything from aqua aerobics to tennis on the agenda. And, because the hotel is part of our Thomson Family Resorts range, children are well catered for thanks to a Thomson Kids’ Club and a crèche.
As for the hotel itself, it’s modern and whitewashed. Inside, spotlights and a cream colour scheme give the place a contemporary feel, while curved archways and terracotta pots add a traditional Mediterranean touch. Newly-refurbished rooms are elegant but homely, with sleek wooden floors and neutral colour schemes. They all come with a balcony or terrace, as well as must-haves like air-conditioning and TVs.
Food-wise, meals here are help-yourself affairs. Lunch is offered up by the pool, so you don’t need to move far from your lounger. Breakfast and dinner, meanwhile, are served in the main restaurant. It opens out onto a wide veranda, so you can eat outside when you fancy. In the evenings, freshly-baked pizzas and themed dinners are among your options.
