Panorama Hotel is a holiday complex in the area of Agia Pelagia built on the hill with panoramic
views of the picturesque fishing village and the blue waters of Agia Pelagia Bay. It is ideal for
couples, families with children and honeymooners to spend their first days together.
The Panorama Hotel & village is family run, built with care, respecting the environment and
combines mountain surroundings with breathtaking seaviews.The luscious green landscape
provides tranquility and relaxation. The hotel has been in operation since 1984 with contast
improvements and renovations. The experienced, friendly staff feel like members of the family and
offer excellent service and the legendary Cretan open-hearted hospitality.

Location

The hotel is located 18 km from Heraklion airport (HER), 2 km from the resort center of Agia Pelagia and 600 m. from the neighboring area of Ligaria where to a sandy/peddle beach also exist. The access to Agia Pelagia resort center is able with the hotel bus 5 times per day.
Both areas, Agia Pelagia and Liragia avail water sports under extra cost, tavernas, bars etc.

We strongly feel that although the hotel is officially a 3 star, it really deserves our 4 sun rating.

Features

The hotel consists of double /twin rooms and triple rooms. According to the unique Cretan
traditional decoration, the 180 village style rooms( either with a sea view or mountain view ) offer magnificent moments of pleasure in 20 acres of beautiful gardens. All rooms are spacious
and comfortably equipped with direct telephone, refrigerator, hair dryer, shower, radio, T.V, split unit air-conditionig (at charge) and safety deposit boxes available inside all rooms with an extra charge. All rooms have balconies, terraces or verandas. The property is not suitable for people with walking disabilities or guests using a pushchair.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The A.I programme consists of breakfast (07:30 - 10:00 ), lunch ( 12:30 - 14:00 ) and dinner
(18:30 - 21:00), all buffet style (Greek & international cuisine) served in the main restaurant.
During breakfast juices, tea and filter coffee are offered. During lunch & dinner, house wine(red &
white), draught beer, soft drinks, juices and ice cream. Tea & coffee time with cakes & cookies
is between 16:00 - 17:00. A.I alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks such as house wine, draught beer,
soft drinks, coffee ,tea and locally produced drinks such as raki,are served between 10:30-22:30 at the pool bar.
Alcoholic drinks such as gin, vodka, tequila, ouzo are served from 19:30 till 22:30 at the pool bar also.
Chargeable Extras
Espresso, frappe, bottled water, canned drinks, bottled wine, fresh juices, packed ice creams
bottled beer and imported spirits are available at a charge.
Panorama Hotel & village provides a medical service - a doctor visits the hotel every day.

Among the hotel facilities and services is : Medical service every day, a 24 hour front desk,
exchange service, car rental, wake up service, T.V. lounge with satellite channels, pool bar,
complimentary parking, children's play ground. At the disposal off all guests, there is
the main swimming pool with the panoramic view to the sea ,a second swimming pool
for relax and a children pool next to the children play ground . Also main restaurant.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
The hotel sport facilities include Table tennis, billiards (extra charge) & darts
around the main swimming pool. And from 2012 also beach soccer, beach volley.
The daily & evening activities take place around the pool by one multilingual animator.
