A selection of bars and restaurants are within 900m, whilst the resort of Marmaris which was originally a fishing port and has now grown and developed to feature a promenade with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and lively nightlife is approx 1.6km away. During the day there are watersports available from the beach which is approx 800m away. Dalaman airport is approx 90km away.
The apartments have a free form swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a pool table, table tennis and darts. For kids there is a children's pool and play area.
This small complex has 36 apartments spread between two three storey buildings overlooking the pool, there is a reception offering money exchange and safety deposit box hire (payable locally), a tv lounge and a poolside snack bar.
All apartments are well furnished with twin or double beds, living room with sofa beds, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, cooking rings, fridge, kettle, air conditioning (charged locally), television, telephone and balcony/terrace.
