The Halcyon Days Hotel was built and is owned and run by a British family who relocated in 2006. Occupying a beautiful, quiet setting in Ovacik, the Halcyon Days Hotel situated within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants in the relaxing Turkish resort of Hisaronu whilst the beautiful beach and Blue Lagoon in Olu Deniz is just ten minute Dolmus bus drive away (two miles). The beach there is one of many in Turkey that has received a ‘Blue Flag’ for its safety and cleanliness.

The Hotel Halcyon Days has two apartments with a double and single bedroom on the ground floor, both of which have been adapted to offer spacious accommodation for families and are also suitable for disabled person use. In addition there are four double bedrooms on the second floor, which have balconies and two twin rooms with patio doors. On the third floor there are two triple bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom. All rooms are en-suite and air conditioned.

In addition to a large swimming pool and a smaller dip pool, guests can relax on the sun terrace, under the gazebo or in the garden which is filled with orange, lemon, apple and walnut trees. Guests can enjoy a choice of breakfasts in the morning as well as meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Halcyon Days Hotel is also ideal for families with children as there is a club for 3 to 8 year olds operated by a qualified British nursery nurse offering activities such as arts and crafts, music and movement, story time and physical activities and games. This is open at various times throughout the week although not all day every day.
