The hotel comprise of comfortable accommodation equipped with central heating and cooling system (specific working hours), satellite television, mini bar, telephone, safe, bathroom, hair dryer, balcony or terrace with a majority of the rooms holding a seaview. Non smoking rooms are available. Some family villa rooms have open terraces, and therefore may not be suitable for very small children. For honeymoons and aniversaries the hotel offers a complimentary fruit basket and a bottle of wine. Also the hotel offers a free welcome drink to its guests.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests from 19:00-23:00 with prior reservation are the A la Carte restaurants; Pizzeria, Camlik. Midnight snacks are available at the main restaurant. Locally & some international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, gin, vodka, etc are served at the pool bar (10:00-20:00), the lobby bar (24hrs), the Sultan bar (18:00-02:00), the beach bar (10:00-18:00), the disco bar (23:00-02:00) and the wine house (19:00-24:00). The Mares Grand Yazici has a superb over view of the Bay of Marmaris, keeping the natural line of the beach and the pine tree forest. The main building has four floors with a lift, and the villa rooms are located on the hillside and accessed via steps.
