The complex offers 2 bars and a fine traditional restaurant, where the chef provides tasty Portuguese ingredients with a Mediterranean flair. The Algarvian cuisine is dominated by the superb fresh fish and sea food from the near Atlantic. The famous Cataplana originally prepared on the open fire place, is a must for every guest. The influence of the former Portuguese colonies contributes to the richness of the gastronomy as well as the Moorish heritage and of course international cuisine is also served.
