Medhotels does not offer transfers to Villas and Townhouses. Due to the location of the properties we strongly advise you to pre-book Car Hire in order to get you to and from your property and to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer. Driving instructions will be provided to your accommodation within 3 days of your booking. Please note that customers staying at Vista Cay will be required to go direct to their accommodation.

Vista Cay is the first Orlando resort community zoned for short-term rental Vista Cay offers an upscale vacation home location than the hustle and bustle of the traditional centers around the “192” and Highway 27. The entrance to Vista Cay at Harbour Square is located within a quarter mile from the B-Line expressway, so you can be sure to get fast and easy access to Disney and Universal by quickly hopping on to the I-4 and then it is a simple 5 minute drive to either set of parks. If you want the tourist experience of International Drive, it’s only a few minutes away and yet far enough that it won’t spoil your vacation if you want peace, quiet and a more refined and relaxed stay in Orlando.

Accommodation

Vista Cay offers various accommodation, such as two bedroom condos sleeps up to four persons, three bedroom condos sleeps up to eight persons and three bedroom town home sleeps up to eight persons. Please note that bookings of less than seven nights will be subject to a cleaning fee. For check-in, customers go directly to Vista Cay where Millennium Management has a town home of where check-in will occur. For after hours, there is a lock box will have all the information the customers need in order to get into the home. At Vista Cay, there is a key-pad; each unit will also have a back-up lock box on the wall. Please note, that customers do not go the Welcome USA Welcome Center to check-in.
