The hotel grounds feature a heated swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use, and a poolside snack bar with live music 3 days a week. Sun loungers and parasols are also available on the beach (charges apply), where a range of water sports such as water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, or catamaran sailing can be tried out. Guests can also try a game of billiards or bowling, and the nearest golf course is to be found 1 km away.

The complex comprises a total of 261 apartments spread over 9 floors. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facility, and a safe. Further facilities include a terrace with views over the sea, a bar, a buffet restaurant, and a games and TV room. Guests may also take advantage of the room service, the bicycle hire, the medical assistance, or the public Internet terminal.

The apartments, which have an area of some 36 m², offer room for 3 adults and 1 child and feature a combined living/ sleeping area with a sofa bed, which is divided by an American bar from the dining room, and a separate bedroom. All units also come with an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, satellite/ cable TV, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, and a terrace with sea views.
