Guests staying in the Hotel can use all of the various bars and restaurants situated within the whole of the Dunas Jandia Resort complex, subject to opening times and availability due to occupancy. Please check with reception upon arrival. Facilities within the immediate vicinity of the hotel include a swimming pool (heatable in the winter) for adults and children, a terrace with sun-beds and umbrellas, pool towels with deposit, one snack bar, two pool bars (one in hotel, one in area villas Paradise), a night bar, buffet-style restaurant and reception area.

Located on Palms Avenue, next door to the Dunas Jandia Resort complex, guests can enjoy a unique environment with its exotic animals and birds, including kangaroos, toucans, flamingos and many more. The zoo (with charge) is ideal for taking a walk, reading and relaxing with nature.

Accommodation

The Hotel rooms are luxurious and spacious and offer a capacity of up to three guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of twin beds and a sofa bed. The facilities include amply room with a sitting corner (combined bed- and living room see photo), telephone, television, safe (deposit required, with charge), air-conditioning, hairdryer, bathroom with shower and bath tub and balcony or terrace. The twin rooms are cleaned and their towels are changed daily; sheets are changed biweekly.

The Dunas Hotel & Villas Paradise is situated in the upper part within the Dunas Jandia Resort complex. It offers an elegant reception area, lifts, swimming pool, buffet-style restaurant and a bar. The complex is located in the Playa De Jandia area of Fuerteventura, which has the largest stretch of beach on the island and is in the southern part of the island. The beaches and crystal clear waters are exceptional for taking a swim or practicing a variety of watersports (local providers). Please note due to the size of the complex and the number of steps within the property it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Sports & Leisure

Various sporting activities can be found within the Dunas Jandia Resort complex. Guests staying at Dunas Hotel & Villas Paradise will find billiards (with charge), table-tennis, six swimming pools, five-a-side football free of charge. Animation is going throughout the day, with spectacles every night. In Dunas Jandia Resort activities (subject to a local charge) are tennis (with charge), small gym (incl.), aerobics (incl.), paddle court, massage (local provider in surrounding) and the disco/nightclub (min. age 18 years, drinks with charge). There is also a football pitch with artificial grass. For children there is a kid´s area about 10.000qm within the Dunas Jandía Resort with swimming pool and pool bar, play ground, mini club (4-12 years, 6 times per week), mini disco and a small zoo (on charge).

All Inclusive Food & Beverage

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the Paradise restaurant. During meals local drinks are offered. Snacks are available between 13:00 & 14:30 at the Africano pool bar. Coffee time with cakes is from 15:00-16:00 at the pool bars. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the Paradise pool bar (11:00-18:00) and other evening bars of the Dunas Jandia resort complex (18:00-23:00).
