Accommodation

The complex has 134 Apartments with two bedrooms. The Apartments are equipped with air condition, small living-room, two separate bedrooms, Sat TV, telephone, safety box (at a charge), mini fridge, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and balcony or terrace. Depending on the booked board basis the apartments dispose of a kitchenette. Cleaning takes place in apartments five times per week, towels are changed three times per week and sheets are changed once week.

The area of the Apartments Dunas Jandia is situated within the Dunas Jandia Resort, surrounded by tropical gardens and consists of 134 units, which have been renovated in 2007.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the paradise restaurant and/or the Vistamar restaurant. During meals open wine (red & white), beer, soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, water), etc are offered (self service). Snacks such as hot dogs, French fires and hamburgers are available between 13:00 & 14:30 at the Paradise snack bar (depending on occupation), the Africano snack bar and the pool bar Parque Infantil. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like rum, whiskey, gin, vodka, liqueurs, beer, open wine, concentrated juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea are served from 11:00-23:00 at the pool bars (11:00-18:00) and the night bars (18:00-23:00).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include table tennis, football pitch (artificial grass), volley court, small fitness room and animation activities such as darts, aerobics, aqua gym, water polo, tournaments of football with terms of customers, volleyball, table tennis and tennis. For children aged 4-12yrs old there is a mini-club with activities like pirates day, Indians day, painting, zoo visit, handicrafts, children shows (included in night show) and mini disco (early night time, six times per week). Furthermore during daytime Spanish lessons and basic dancing lessons are offered. During night time there are professional shows with dance & competitions. All activities performed by the animation are available six days per week.

The complex offers to its guests a reception, a supermarket, a hairdresser and a small zoo.

Water sports at the beach are available at a charge.

Please note that from the 13th September 2008 until further notice the reception and restaurant of the hotel will close due to maintenance works. All check in, check out and transfers will be done at Dunas Paradise. Also the restaurant of Dunas Paradise will be at guests disposal in the following time table: Breakfast from 08:00 to 10.30, Lunch from 13:00 to 14.30 pm. and Dinner from 18:00 to 21:00 hours.

Sports & Leisure

There is a pool (heatable during the winter) for adults and children (the pool in the area of the apartments is only for adults and the childrens pool is beside the area in the parque infantil), a sun terrace with sun beds and sun shades and pool towels (at a charge). Also there are various pools which may be used by the customers of the apartments within the Dunas Jandia Resort.
The complex offers free of charge, a mini train, table tannis, archery, gym, volleyball, minigolf (rackets on deposit,) football pitch with synthetic turf. There is also a group of 10 animators presenting a varied animation program including evening shows for children and adults. At an extra charge the guests may use the three tennis courts, the paddle court, billards, internet, a mini zoo, medical health service and laundry service. There is also a possibility to practice different kinds of water sports, like diving and surfing.

For the younger guests there is a kids club for children from 4-12 years with a big kids area at about 10.000m2.
