Sport and entertainment facilities at the hotel include tennis courts (with charge), four outdoors pools located at different sites of the complex (heatable in the winter), small gym, massage (external service, local providers in surrounding), five-a-side football on a football pitch with artificial grass, paddle board (with charge) and a nightclub (min. age 18 years, drinks with charge). Extra charges may apply. There is international entertainment by the animation team during day time with sports, games and competitions and shows in the evening (6 times per week).

Amongst the hotel facilities is 24-hour reception, 1 elevator, minitrain, a supermarket, a hairdresser, fax and e-mail service, wake up service, cash machine, international phones, beach towels for rent, restaurant, snack-bar, pool-bars and night bar, 4 swimming pools with sun terrace and deck chairs/sun beds and small zoo with charge.

Accommodation

Double rooms are allocated in the hotel and offer and offer Sat-TV, telephone, safety box (with charge), mini-fridge, (without kitchen!), bathroom with shower / WC, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace, with sea view. All room types have safe usable with deposit and with charge. Rooms are cleaned five times per week and towels are changed three times, while sheets once per week.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all served buffet style in the Montesol restaurant. During meals local alcoholic drinks are offered. Snacks such as sandwiches, hot dogs, chips and ice cream are available at the pool bars between 13:00 - 14:30. At the same time there is a buffet with a great variety of warm & cold meals available. Afternoon tea is served between 15:00 & 16:00 in the Pool Bars. AI drinks include water, beer, juices, coffee, soft drinks and local alcoholic served from 18:00-23:00 at selected bars.

The Dunas Jandia Resort complex is located in the area of Playa de Jandia, the largest beach of the island and situated in the southern part. The complex consists of several parts, each with their own unique style and character. Each part has its own amenities and is located within one of the largest holiday resort complexes in the Canary Islands. The beaches and the crystal clear waters are exceptional for taking a swim or practicing any water sport (by local providers) which is only a short walk from the main reception area. Please note due to the size of the complex and the number of steps within the property it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Children’s Facilities

An ideal place with multiple attractions and a swimming pool designed especially to accommodate the little ones in the family. At the Kid´s Park there is a play ground and a mini club (4-12 years), with several games and activities to assure that your kids also have a great time at the complex. Mini disco in the evening within animation programme and a small zoo with charge.
