The charming, terraced-style apartment complex was newly opened in 2002 and comprises a 3-storey apartment block. It is located in the Morro Jable resort, which is at the southern end of Fuerteventura and is aprox 1hr from the airport. Apartments are only 150m from the sea and the fantastic beach. There is a shutdown of public transport 100 meters away. In Morro Jable there is a promenade that makes up the main part of the newer town with many shops, restaurants and bars, all with views of the sea.
