The building was built in 1986, completely renovated in the year 2000 ad comprises a total of 130 apartments. Facilities on the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket, a cosy bar, a restaurant, car parking facilities and playground.

The tastefully furnished apartments feature a bathroom, a living and sleeping area, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV (fee payable), a kitchenette, a safe and a balcony or terrace.

In the outdoor complex are 2 freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pools, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a solarium, table tennis and billiards/ snooker tables available for use.
