All Inclusive General Info

Clients must wear their plastic identification bracelet at all times. Drinks are only served at the table during lunch & dinner. By law, serving alcohol to people under 18yrs old, is not allowed.

Accommodation

There are 170 rooms, consisting of double rooms, triple rooms and four bedded rooms. All rooms include fully fitted bathrooms (including, hairdryers, shampoo and shower gel), telephone, TV (21 inch, with satellite channels), mini-bar (with charge), safety deposit boxes (with charge), piped music, air conditioning and a balcony (with double glass doors).

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00, menu) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Snacks are available between 12:00 & 16:00 at the pool bar. Tea & coffee time with cake is from 16:00-17:00. Ice cream is on offer from 11:00-18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the pool bar (11:00-17:00) and the Night bar (17:00-23:00).

Useful Information on Distances

Las Palmas (50 km away) is the main city of the island, is very known because of it important harbour and you can find almost every thing there. There are eight floors and two lifts. Major credit cards accepted. The staff speaks a number of languages (English, German and French). Plug sockets with a voltage of 220V.

The Caserio is a comfortable family hotel refurnished in 2006) situated in Playa Del Ingles. It is located 300m from the beach and 50m from large shopping centres. Its modern facilities, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service from the highly qualified staff will ensure you have an enjoyable stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a regular service. Airport is 30 km away. Transfer time is approximately 30 minutes.
