A very pretty complex on the side of a Puerto Rico mountain- with exceptional views overlooking a yachting port.The complex consists of 72 one and two bedroom apartments with either a terrace or balcony. Bedrooms have 2 beds and the fully equipped kitchen includes- fridge- microwave oven- vitroceramic hob- etc. The sofa in the lounge converts to an extra bed if necessary.In the very well kept gardens there are two swimming pools- each with sections for children- and there is also a small play area for children.

Location

Situated in the first Barranco (or valley) of Puerto Rico called 'Agua la Perra' (left of the Playa de Puerto Rico and Puerto Base)- guests should follow the Calle Joaquin Blanco Torrent. Turn left and onto the Avenida de Guayadeque.

Activities

Leisure facilities include gardens with two swimming pools and a children's paddling area with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Countless tourist options such as excursions by water- air and land as well as numerous sporting opportunities are additionally available- including golf (5 km away)- deep-sea fishing- or excursions in small submarines. Sun loungers and parasols are also available on the beach for an additional charge.This is officialy a 2 Key property- we have classified it as 3 Sun.

There is a Mini-market and Bar-restaurant too with covered terrace where barbecues are held a couple of times a week where you can dance to live music in a very friendly atmosphere. All apartments have electronic safes- satellite TV (coin operated) and telephone.
