Renovated in 2004, this bungalow complex features a single storey building with a total of 12 bungalows spread throughout its garden complex. Facilities on the fully air-conditioned complex include a foyer, a safe and a small supermarket. There is a car park and garage facilities for those arriving by car as well as a bicycle storage room.

The functional bungalows come with a combined living/ bedroom, a shower/WC, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a double bed, a separate bedroom, a terrace and a hire safe.
