The large, elegant 3-storey villas have space for up to 6 persons and are thus ideal for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor is a lounge/ dining room, a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and a bar for serving as well as a bathroom, a washing machine, a radio, a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and second bed. In the cellar are a sitting area (ideal for children) and a table tennis table. The ideal occupancy is 6 persons. Each villa additionally features a terrace or private garden.

There is a swimming pool and a sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use in the outdoor complex. Several gyms are located in the local area where it is also possible to play tennis, or squash, to participate in aerobics sessions, or to relax in a sauna. There are sun loungers and parasols available on the beach (fees apply). The nearby golf course and water park provide further holiday entertainment.
