The bungalow complex was built in 1994, renovated in 2004 and consists of a 300 two-storey bungalows. In the main building guests are offered an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception and a safe. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, bar, a non-smoking restaurant, an A la carte restaurant and a public Internet terminal. In addition, there is a laundry service, car park as well as a kids club and a playground for younger guests.

The functional bungalows are fitted with a combined living/ bedroom, an open bedroom on the first floor, en suite bathroom facilities, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV (for an additional fee), a kitchenette, a minibar, a fridge, a double bed and a balcony or a terrace.
