All Inclusive General Info

The AI concept runs between 07:00 & 24:00. Customers are requested to wear an identification AI bracelet in order to take advantage of the services. Torn bracelets should be exchanged at the reception, free of charge. The customers must return their bracelets to the reception by 12:00 on the day of departure, in order to avoid any unnecessary charges. It is not allowed to take any food or drink items out of the restaurants.

Food & Beverage

The Emerald offers a main restaurant and fish restaurant, various bars such as the billard bar, pool bar, Siniar bar, cafe Trottor, beach bar, sea rock bar, club bar and the lounge bar.

Accommodation

The Emerald comprises of comfortable rooms. All accommodation are equipped with air conditioning, a telephone, satellite television, hair dryer, music, private bath (shower), mini bar, safety deposit box and a balcony.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include mini golf, tennis (with equipment), billiards (all three for one free hour per week/room), gym, animation activities, kids club with lots of entertainment & fun (10:00-13:00 & 15:00-17:00), kids pool, free entrance at the Golden 5 aqua park and chess court (in front of the aqua park). There is also a mini train going around the city every 45 minutes (09:00-17:00).

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the Mangerie restaurant. Late breakfast takes place from 10:00-11:00 at the Sunset pool bar. Also at the disposal of the AI guests from 19:00-22:00 with a 4-course set menu is the Fish restaurant, located on the marina. Cold snacks are available between 11:00 & 13:00 at the Rainbow – billiard bar as well as hot snacks from 12:00-15:00 at the Sunset. Te time is from 15:00-17:00 at the Rainbow. Kids can have ice cream by the scoop from 13:00-15:00 at the pool area. Aperitif time is from 17:00-18:00 at the Rainbow billiard bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee, mineral water and spirits are served at selected bars. In-room mini bars are filled with one soft drink, one mineral water and one juice per guest/or child.
