All Inclusive General Info

Customers must ware an AI bracelet in order to take advantage of the AI concept. They should also sign a receipt for all non-AI items they order. From 24:00-01:00 only soft drinks are offered in the main restaurant as well as in all outlets, from 06:00-10:00. Sportswear, swim-wear, shorts and t-shirts are not recommended during dinner. Alcoholic drinks are served to guests of 18yrs old and above.

Chargeable Extras

The specialty restaurants (except from one free visit per stay), imported drinks, fresh juices, all drinks after 24:00, diving, windsurfing, aqua centre and health club are available at a charge.

Situated 20 km north of Hurghada International Airport, 15 km from the city center and 10 km from El-Gouna. The resort has been built on 5 floors in an area of 27.000 m2 with a unique view of the magnificent Red Sea. This energized resort caters to satisfy the needs of enjoyable holidays.

Accommodation

The resort comprise of 486 rooms, of which all are equipped with satellite television with international channels, international telephone line, mini fridge, air conditioning, bathroom with bath tub, hairdryer, digital safe box, balcony or terrace with either a side sea, pool, garden, mountain or back view.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30), dinner (18:30-22:30) and late dinner (23:00-01:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast American coffee is offered; during lunch, dinner and late dinner, all drinks from the list. Also at the disposal of the AI guests from 18:30-22:30 once weekly and with prior reservation are the specialty restaurants; Italian and Fish. Snacks from a snack menu along with drinks are available between 12:00 & 17:00 at the snack & beach bar as well as late snacks. Tea & coffee time with cakes & pastries is from 15:00-17:00 at the lobby & beach bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like coke, 7up, fanta, packed juices, diet cold drinks, water, beer by the glass, red, rose & white wine by the glass, cognac, whiskey, gin, vodka, ouzo, rum, tequila, long drinks and cocktails are served from 10:00-24:00 at the lobby bar (open 24hrs), the snack bar (10:00-18:00), the beach bar (10:00-18:00), the restaurants (during opening hours), the disco (22:00-24:00) and the piano bar (18:00-24:00). In-room mini bars are filled daily with two bottles of mineral water.

On entry into Egypt, guests must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry; the fee is £14 (subject to change).
