All Inclusive offer is valid from 07:00-24:00. For lost bracelets there is a charge. Guests should exchange torn bracelets immediately from the reception. Bracelets should be returned to the reception at the departure day by 12:00.

The Panorama restaurant is serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, all in buffet. Luch time at Al Mass Beach Bar & Diamond Beach Bar.

Accommodation

The Paradise Golden 5 Resort has a total of 470 rooms and is the larger of the hotels (guest staying here will be on half board basis). The Al Mass Palace has 276 rooms in total (guests staying here will be on All Inclusive basis). The rooms are decorated with care and taste and equipped with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, mini bar, hairdryer, satellite TV and a safety deposit box.

The Golden 5 Hotels & Beach Resort is ideally located in the tourist area of Hurghada beach by the Red Sea. The Golden 5 Resort and the Al Mass Palace are 2 of the 5 hotels in the resort and are located directly on the long sandy beach with unrivalled views of the Red Sea and the ability to use the facilities of the whole resort.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Panorama restaurant of the Al Mass hotel or the Red Sea Resturant of Golden 5. During meals soft drinks, mineral water, local hard liqueur, local beer & wine are offered. Guests can also have late breakfast (10:00-11:00) and cold snacks & mini pizza (11:00-12:00O). Delicious snacks such as pizza, pasta, BBQ, potatoes and salads are offered daily at the beach bar between 12:00 & 15:00. One scoop of ice cream is available from 13:00- 15:00 at the pool areas. Teatime is from 15:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, beer, spirits (whisky, gin, vodka, rum, brandy), soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea and mineral water are available at the stylish Sinai Bar (10:00-24:00), the beach bar (10:00-18:00) and at the Diamond pool bar (10:00-18:00). In-room mini bars are replenished daily with a soft drink, mineral water and a juice (per guest).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis & rackets (an hour per week/room between 08:00 & 15:00), mini golf (an hour per week/room) or billiards (an hour per week/room between 08:00-24:00), chess court (in front of Aqua park), fitness centre (09:00-20:00), gym and various entertainment programmes organised daily such as dancing fountain show or beesh oriental show.

Other facilities include a shopping arcade with 73 shops, beauty centre, laundry service, day nursery/babysitting (with charge) meeting rooms, in house doctor and car parking.

Sports & Leisure

There are a huge amount of activities to choose from in the resort for all ages and preferences. These include 3 inter-connecting swimming pools with children’s pools, a water-sports and diving centre, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball. There is also a health club with a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, aerobics and massage, table tennis, billiards and video games.

Entry Requirements

On entry into Egypt, you must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry, the fee is £10 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, the visitor’s visa is a requirement. We recommend that you see your Medhotels rep on arrival, and they will assist you with obtaining the visa.
