There is direct access to the beach from the property. The beach spans approximately 150m, including the home reef. Umbrellas, deck chairs and towels are free of charge at the beach and by the pool. Sweet water pool service area of 800 m², volume of water 1200m³ (heated in winter) and children’s pool - 15m².

Accommodation

The property consists of 395 rooms including 18 suites which are divided in: Main- building, Bungalows and Extension. All the rooms have 24 hour room service, international telephone line, TV with satellite, hair dryer (110V& 220V), safety deposit box (free of charge), mini fridge and central air conditioning. All rooms in the main building and the extension have bath tub while the bungalows have a shower.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the main restaurant Las Palmas. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for buffet breakfast & dinner is the Palavrion restaurant. Snacks are available between 12:00 & 16:30 at the Oasis pool bar. Tea time is from 10:30-12:00 & 16:00-18:00 at Laguna bar. Customers can have midnight snacks from 23:00-01:00 in Las Palmas restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks by the glass like cola, fanta, sprite, soda, tonic, water, juices, filter coffee, tea, herbal tea, wine, ouzo, rum, whiskey, spirits, beer and cocktails are served from 10:00-01:00 at the Oasis pool bar (10:00-17:30 & 19:30-24:00), the La Siesta pool bar (10:00-17:00), the beach bar (10:00-17:00), the Laguna bar (10:00-01:00) and the Swan lounge bar (15:00-01:00).

Sport facilities at the hotel include fitness centre (08:00-20:00, sport shoes obligatory), table tennis, tennis (during daytime without instructor), French bowls, mini-football, two sweet water swimming pools (heated in winter), a children’s pool, kids club (5-12yrs old) with animation, playground and a mini disco.
