The hotel is located in Puerto del Carmen, directly on the seafront, facing the Matagorda Beach.
The beach is across the road, Puerto del Carmen Avenue, from the hotel. This coastal road takes you into the centre of Puerto del Carmen with its many bars, restaurants, cafés and shops (2km/20minutes walk).
It is 3 kilometres from the airport and 7 kilometres from Arrecife town.
