The Latino restaurant serves buffets during breakfast or dinner. In the morning you can choose from cereals, cooked breakfast, dried fruits, fruit juices, coffee, milk or chocolate. In the evening you can have pasta, many kinds of meats and fishes, vegetables and a lot of cold dishes and to end with ice creams and many desserts. The Ponton restaurant (10.00-22.00) serves local and Italian cuisine or any plate on the menu.

Accommodation

The hotel has 373 apartments: 1 bedroom apartments are perfectly furnished and can take up to 4 persons. All apartments are equipped with a bath, cooking rings, a living room, a Terrace or a balcony, telephone, television (extra) and a safe (extra). The apartments are cleaned five times the week, bed linen once a week and towels are changed twice a week. Facilities at 2 bedroom apartments (free of charge) are: kettle, fridge, kitchenette, coffee machine (also in one bedroom apartments) . Also available to hire with charge TV, parasols, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, toaster, radio.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include four swimming pools (adults/children), tennis court (specific hours), volleyball, table tennis and mini golf. The hotel also offers daytime and evening activities such as mini club, children’s playground, parties, dances, shows and a special motorized programme for kids.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the Latino restaurant. During breakfast tea, coffee, water and soft drinks are offered; during lunch & dinner, wine, water and soft drinks (plus beer & juice for summer). Snacks are available between 10:30 & 18:30. Kids can have ice cream from 10:30-18:30 (winter) or till 19:00 (summer). Tea & coffee time with cakes and water takes place in the afternoon. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, gin, sangria, vodka, whiskey, brandy, soft drinks and warm drinks are served from 10:00-22:00 at the El Ponton restaurant (winter season) or the bars (summer season).

These apartments in Playa de los Pocillos (Puerto del Carmen area) are only 300 metres from the large beautiful beach and directly beside the centre, where you can enjoy your vacation in company of your family or friends. Puerto del Carmen has 8 different beaches of golden sand which are 6 km long. The tourist area of Lanzarote has some beaches that are more than 1 km long and also some small creeks between volcanic projections. This is the reason why the European Union awarded many times a prize to Puerto del Carmen for the water and strand’s quality: many of the beaches have received the blue flag award.

Useful Information

It is located 6.5 miles from the airport and 30m from the beach. Guests should note that their pets cannot be more than 5 kgs, may not stay in the communal zones of the hotel (restaurant, discotheque, supermarket etc) and the owners are responsible of any destruction the pet might cause.

The Al Ponton restaurant, in-room satellite TV & safety deposit boxes, disco, supermarket & souvenir shop (or with a small discount), internet access and recreative games are available at a charge.

Sports & Leisure

There are four swimming pools with children sections (one of them is heated during the winter season), free sun-beds, tennis (at a charge) and volley courts, table tennis, and pool tables. There is also the Califa Disco open from 20.00. The entertainment program includes the mini-disco for the small children who will participate in contests, games and songs with animation staff. The adults will attend different numbers of magic tricks, music, and contests in which they can participate if they dare.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled facilities include wheel-in showers and toilet raisers. Doors are over 82cm wide and there is good access throughout the hotel, except to the discotheque.
