The Rio Playa Blanca Hotel is in the south of Lanzarote, situated a little over 20 miles from Arrecife airport - giving it a transfer time of less than 40 minutes. Beachfront fun is just a short distance away, with the European Blue Flag awarded White Beach just 300 metres from the hotel. The main shopping centre and the harbour are located just 800 metres from hotel Rio Playa Blanca.

For entertainment value, the area around the Rio Playa Blanca Hotel doesn't disappoint. Beach lovers are well catered for, with over 5 miles of coastline to explore. Many of the beaches in Playa Blanca are sheltered, so are ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The areas around the Marina are also good for eating out and shopping.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a separate one for children surrounded by a sun terrace.

Food and Drink

The hotel has a buffet style restaurant, a pool bar and a lounge bar. The hotels All Inclusive programme includes breakfast 8am to 10.30am, lunch from 1pm to 3pm with various desserts, and dinner between 6.30pm and 8pm and 8.30pm and 10pm with international and theme evenings, all buffet style with show cooking, served in the main restaurant. Continental breakfast is also available from 10.30am to midday on the terrace as well as snacks between 3.30pm and 5pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served from 10.30am and 11pm at the bars and the restaurant.

The Hotel offers large and comfortable Bungalows with one or two bedrooms. All are available with air conditioning and bathroom/shower fittings. Each bungalow offers great views of the surrounding area from its terrace.
