Accommodation

All rooms come with hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, wi-fi (free), safety deposit box (at a charge), mini-refrigerator, hairdryer, bathroom, shower, WC, telephone, and balcony or terrace. Cot counts as one person. In total three guests can accommodate the room. Beautiful views of Puerto Calero, the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura or the main swimming pool. Daily cleaning & towel change, linen change three days/week.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), Continental breakfast for late risers (10:30-12:00), lunch (12:30-15:30) and dinner (S:19:00-22:00, W:18:30-21:30), all buffet style with show cooking, served in the two buffet restaurants (offering varied culinary range); breakfast & dinner at the Magdalena restaurant, Continental breakfast & lunch at the Oyambre. During lunch & dinner house wine, beer, sangria (at lunch), soft drinks, mineral water and coffee (at lunch) are offered. Snacks such as salads & sandwiches are available between 12:00 & 18:00 at the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, herbal teas, coffee, cocktail of the day, etc are served in all three hotel bars from 10:30-01:00 (depending on the opening hours of each bar).

Sport facilities at the hotel include four swimming pools (two fresh-water, one salt water, one children’s pool), daily extensive entertainment programme (aerobics, step, aqua-gym, archery, water-polo, darts, ping-pong, shuffleboard), shows organized by the animation team in the Matalenas lounge bar, competitions & games, gym, volleyball, rifle shooting, mini-club (4-7yrs), maxi-club (8-12yrs) and playground.

Useful Information on Distances

The hotel is approx. 3 km from Puerto del Carmen, 15 km from Arrecife International, and 5 km from Timanfaya National Park. There is a regular public bus for Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife and Playa Blanca.

Sports & Leisure

There are four swimming pools (one seawater, one of which is heated only in winter and freshwater and another - also freshwater - for children) are integrated into this 20,000 square metre tropical oasis. The sun-beds and parasols by the pool are at guests’ disposal free of charge, with charge on the beach and pool towels on deposit. Daily comprehensive entertainment programme (daytime and night time) with an entertainment team, live music, dancing and professional shows in the discotheque. For children there is a Mini-club (ages 4 to 7), maxi club (ages 8-12) and playground. Guests can also enjoy our facilities for the following sporting activities free of charge: volleyball, beach volley, boccia, aerobics, pool aerobics, table tennis, darts, archery, air rifle shooting and shuffleboard. Also, modern fitness centre. Extra charge for billiards, bicycle tours, boat trips, golf, and horseriding. At an additional charge a modern thalasso-therapy centre is also available including treatments under medical supervision, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, massage, algae, mud therapies, hairdressers and beauty salon rounding off the relaxations on offer. In the hotel there is a PADI diving centre & school and in the harbor (Marina) catamaran. The riding club and golf course (18 holes) are just 15 minutes away.
