In 2005 The hotel has gone under major renovation in including the complete change of the furniture in all the rooms, including new mattresses, renovation of the main entrance and the reception of the hotel, the extension of the main restaurant, with new furniture, new furniture also in the Bar Salon, the complete renovation of all the swimming pools and of the solarium situated in the swimming pool area of the main ring, the renovation of the Barbeque-Restaurant El Mirador with an impressive view on Fuerteventura Island and equipped with new equipment and fitness machines in the gymnasium.

Situated at a quiet beautiful location, on the seafront, in Playa Blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote with a family atmosphere, well-kept gardens and a view of Fuerteventura. Just 15 minutes walk away from the “Playa Flamingo” bay. A seafront promenade goes past the hotel.

Food & Beverage

Half board with generous, varied buffet service for breakfast and dinner. The non-smoker restaurant and the lounge bar are in the main building. There is also a snack bar by the pool. Nearby shopping centre with cafés, bars.

Accommodation

The hotel is comprised of 332 units distributed over 3 semi-circular, interconnected buildings (4 lifts) and two additional wings. Comfortable double rooms for one to two people, light and attractively furnished have a combined living-bedroom with two beds and a bed-settee, safety deposit box (at a charge), telephone, satellite TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bath, shower, WC, furnished balcony or terrace, most with sea view. The family suites sleep two to four people and have the same facilities with the double rooms with the addition of a separate bedroom. Room cleaning six times a week, linen change twice a week and ecological towel change (the guest decides when towels need changing) included.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:45-10:15), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals water, refreshments, local beer & wine mentioned in the AI menu are offered. Coffee break with cake is from 15:30-17:00 at the pool bar (self service). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks from the AI menu list like water, refreshments, beer, wine, cocktail of the day and long drinks are served at the pool bar (10:30-17:30) and the bar Salon (17:30-24:00).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include table tennis, French balls, aerobics, volleyball as well as day & night entertainment according to the programme.

Sports & Leisure

The Aparthotel has an attractive outdoor terrace with four adult swimming pools and three children’s pools, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. Additionally, there are a fitness room, table tennis, volleyball, aerobics, exercises, archery and rifle shooting. Extra charge incurs for sauna, massage, two tennis courts with synthetic grass and quartz sand. Tennis courses can be reserved with a tennis coacher. Two squash courts and billiards. Entertainment is held throughout the day and evening. Shows seven times a week (for additional information ask the 24-hour reception). Also a mini club for 4-12-year-olds and a children’s playground are also available.
