Accommodation

The Parque Del Rey Villas offer beautiful villas, equipped with three and four bedrooms (the main bedroom of each villa contains a safe box within the built-in wardrobe), two/three bathrooms (one en-suite with jacuzzi), dining-living room, private pool (heatable in the winter between November and April), a terrace, garden, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, glass ceramic, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The living-dining room contains a built-in BBQ, television and DVD. The Villas also have air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom.

Useful Information on Distances

On leaving the airport guests must follow the signposts for Yaiza which leads onto a dual carriageway. Stay on this main road and proceed through Uga and then on towards Yaiza in the direction of Playa Blanca. From Yaiza, driving time is approximately 15 minutes and guests should stay on the carriageway until passing the turn off towards Puerto del Carmen; after which move into the left lane as the carriageway will fork and it is necessary to keep left for Yaiza (after the turn for Purto del Carmen the right lane is for Conil and should not be taken). Take the second exit (straight over) the next three roundabouts and turning right at the next following the signs for Playa Blanca. 15km further guests will come to the Playa Blanca roundabout with a petrol station. Take the first exit towards Pechiguera (as signposted); the petrol station should be on the left. Continue straight until the next roundabout to turn right and carry on until the villas are on the left hand side. The Journey time is approximately 45 minutes.
