If you’re looking for somewhere bright, breezy and beside the seaside, the Coma Gran will tick the boxes with quite some style.

For starters, it lays on plenty in the way of entertainment. For the young ones, there’s a crèche, a playground and a Thomson Kids’ Club, where our reps organise games and activities six days a week. You’ve also got a playground and a pool to splash around in.

Adults get a good look-in, too. Head to the sauna to steam away those stresses or hit the treadmills in the gym. Or enjoy some time out beside the pool. Shaped like a cartoon speech bubble, it’s surrounded by sunny terraces furnished with comfy sunloungers, and palms. There’s an open-air pool bar here, too, so you can gather everyone together for lunchtime snacks and drinks just inches from the water’s edge.

Talking of food, guests on half board can look forward to generous buffet breakfasts and dinners, which feature show-cooking stations and a special children’s section.

As for the rooms, fresh and spacious, they’ve been recently refurbished and are nicely turned out with modern wood furnishings, tiled floors and modern kitchenettes. Each one has a balcony, too.

The location takes some beating as well. Sa Coma’s beach is a minute’s walk away – and is all soft sand and shallows, making it perfect for sandcastles and paddling. And there’s a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

Maid service and towels are changed 6 times a week, linen is changed twice a week.
