Facilities & Services

Spanish lessons are offered for beginners. Rent-a-car, bicycle hire, foreign money exchange services are provided, as well as a medical centre. You can also find in the premises a parking area for guests and a garage and workshop for bicycles. There are two children’s areas one with garden and the other in one of the outdoor pool. Baby-sitting is available on request, but it incurs an additional charge.

Leisure

The Blau Mediterraneo Club is an ideal place for the whole family, where the children will enjoy a wide and special entertainment programme suitable for all ages. There is daytime and evening entertainment, as well as musical shows. There is also special entertainment for children; two mini-clubs (for children 2 years old and up) and a teenagers’ club. Note that the latter operates only during high season (for 2005, that is 15/07-31/08). This unit presents its guests with big terraces to enjoy the sensational view and 18.000m2 of lush gardens for a wonderful evening stroll. There are also Internet corner (with charge) and a games room. The club organises excursions on mountain bikes.

Accommodation

The Blau Mediterraneo Club offers studios and one bedroom apartments placed in 2-3 storey-buildings located in front of the lovely beach of Sa Coma. They are all equipped with a complete bathroom (bathroom, shower, WC), satellite TV, telephone, music, air conditioning / heating, fridge, kitchenette and a safety box (at an extra charge; paid locally). Guests will also have the opportunity to relax on their room’s terrace and enjoy the magnificent view.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals water, wine, beer and soft drinks for children are offered. A typical Majorcan dinner is on offer once a week. The theme restaurant Pizzeria is also available to the AI guests between 12:30 & 15:30 (reservation required). Snacks such as chips, hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, peanuts, etc can be found in the cafeteria (10:30-23:00) or the pool bar (10:30-18:00). Coffee, tea and pastries are available every afternoon. Ice cream for children is offered between 10:00 & 23:30. National & international drinks - soft & alcoholic - like wine, beer, water, juices, coffee, etc are served at the salon bar (09:30-23:30) and the plaza animation bar (20:00-23:30).

Sport facilities at the hotel include one free diving lesson per week for beginners & advanced, mini club (2-4yrs), maxi club (5-7yrs), super club (8-10yrs), mega club (11-13yrs), teenies club (14-17yrs) [all only during summer season], tennis, squash, sauna, ping pong, beach volleyball, gym, water gymnastics, gymnastics, archery, airgun & air riffle shooting, French bowls, mini football, Spanish lessons for beginners (adults & children) and complete entertainment programme (daily & nightly).

Sports

For dynamic holidays full of fun, this unit offers the possibility to practise a wide range of sport activities in the exclusive Blau Sport Center. A complete extra offer will be available in order to satisfy all needs . The sporting facilities available include four clay tennis courts (floodlit with charge), multiple sports court, three squash courts, a gymnasium and three outdoor pools. Additionally available to you free of charge are facilities for table tennis, volleyball gymnastics, aerobic, archery, French bowls, sauna, five-a-side football court and a gymnasium. The Club offers a tennis school (at a fee) and starting from 15/05 you can take one free scuba diving lesson for beginners or advanced, in groups, per booking and week at the scuba-diving school. Also worth noting is the golf school that is situated 7 km from the Club.
