The hotel has an outdoor pool, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. The hotel includes a Jacuzzi, snooker and a varied entertainment programme. Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests on the beach. From the hotel it is merely 6 km to the nearest golf course.

The Son Duy Hotel is situated in Playa de Palma (El Arenal) just five miles from the airport and close to the big aquatic park 'Acuacity'. The beach is 500 metres from the hotel. There are many local services, including a pharmacy, medical centre, taxi, bus stop and shopping centre.

The hotel has many facilities, including a bar which has a pool table, internet access, gaming room (arcade games for children) and an assortment of fast-food (hot-dogs, hamburgers, pizzas, sandwiches, ice creams) as well as all kinds of pastries. The restaurant (with capacity for 150 people) has a buffet service three times a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a wide variety of drinks ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to regional wine. The hotel has a swimming pool with sun terrace and bar service. In summer, there is an entertainment programme twice a week. For children, there is a children's playground. There is also a lounge with satellite television and reading area.

The Son Duy Hotel has a total of 93 rooms, on five floors. All rooms have a balcony with views of the swimming pool or main street, bathroom, telephone and ceiling fan. Guests can also pay extra for a safety deposit box and television.
