Ferrera Beach Apartments enjoy a delightful setting only 100 m away from the white sandy beach of Cala Ferrera, on the south east coast of the island of Majorca. Built in 1988 and renovated in 2007 / 2008, these well equipped apartments are suitable for couples and families with children of all ages and anyone seeking for a relaxing holiday with good quality accommodation. Ferrera Beach Apartments are situated within walking distance (300 m) to the tourist and commercial centre of Cala D/or resort, close to the wonderful marina, the shops and the numerous bars and restaurants. There are possibilities to travel to the centre, the harbour and other beaches of interest on the express mini-train. Unfortunately due to the hilly ground, this is not a resort for those with walking difficulties.

The facilities at the apartment complex include 24h reception desk, information and foreign exchange. Washing machine, tumble-dryer and ironing board are available on site. A doctor service just 500 m away.

There is a pizzeria (a la carte menu) within the premises of Ferrera Beach Apartments, with modern relaxed ambience and a selection of delicious pizzas, snacks and drinks. If the guests need any refreshments during the day, the pool bar is at their disposal.

Useful Information On Distances

The hotel is located 300 km to the main city, 65 km to the airport of Palma de Majorca (PMI) and only 150 m to the public transport. The nearest golf course is about 10 km from Cala D/or.

Accommodation

The complex which is extremely well situated is made up of four different buildings with a total number of 72 guest rooms: tastefully decorated one bedroom standard and superior apartments. All units are air-conditioned (standard payable locally), comfortably equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, toaster, lounge/dining room with a sofa bed, safety deposit box (with charge) and a furnished terrace or balcony. Cot in room is charged locally. The superior apartments are totally renovated and have the same fittings as the standard apartments but include as well hairdryer, microwave and satellite TV. Rooms are cleaned 2 - 3 times a week and linen and towels are changed at regular intervals.

Sports & Leisure

The complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a nice outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a children’s pool. Outside the complex guests will find many entertainment options to enjoy their free time: horse riding, bicycles for rent, tennis and squash courts, a wide variety of water sports, including windsurfing, diving, surf equipment and kayak. Note that these activities are charged locally.
