Spread over 3 floors, this attractive building, refurbished in 2009, offers spacious one bed-roomed apartments that will comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Each apartment has a lounge with 2 sofa beds, a fully equipped American-style kitchen with electric kettle, toaster etc, a separate bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan, full bathroom, and a good sized private balcony. All apartments have air conditioning and heating. Maid service and change of towels is included.

Location

The Martinez is approx 350 meters (3 min walk) from the main award-winning Palma Nova beach. It is surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants and shops and is just a 15 min walk from the lively resort of Magalluf, where all the disco bars, clubs and vibrant night-life can be found. Palma Nova hosts a variety of amenities for sports such as diving, gyms, tennis, football and rugby. Nearby are many attractions such as water parks, mini golf and dinner shows. Within 5 mins walk are two large supermarkets for all your self catering needs. The bus stop is 200 meters from the hotel door. Palma Airport is approx 20km (20 min drive) and Palma City centre is approx 14km.
