This establishment comprises a total of 32 lodgings including 24 apartments and 8 studios. There are studios, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments available. Reception service is available during office hours and there are 4 lifts to all floors. Clients staying in these apartments have access to the facilities at the St George's Park Hotel across the road for a small daily supplement. Because of the lively area, these apartments are not recommended for families but are ideal for young people. Bars are situated below the apartments and studios. Further facilities on offer include 24-hour check-out, a hotel safe and a currency exchange facility.

The keys of the apartments should be collected at the reception desk of La Vallette Resort across the road from the apartments.

The studios and apartments all have a basic decoration, good for young travellers. The studios, with 2, 3 or 4 beds come equipped with a private bathroom, a hand-held shower, a WC and a balcony. Furthermore, a kitchenette with 2 electric rings, an oven/ grill and fridge, a safe (small extra charge), a ceiling fan and an electric heater are provided in each room/ apartment. The apartments have 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and the third and fourth beds are divan beds. A chambermaid service is available twice weekly and a change of linen is provided twice weekly. All rooms come with Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and a seating area.
