The hotel offers to its guests all amenities to make their stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible: reception open round the clock, internet point service (small fee payable), customer service, shuttle bus to and from Badesi (2 km), except Saturday where you will find banks, various shops, pharmacy and post office (service not provided on Saturdays), open-air parking (unattended). In the hotel you can also available medical assistance as well as hairdresser, beautician and masseur (all with extra cost).

The resort is located 200 m from the beach, tucked behind the first sand dunes, an access road takes guests to the long sandy beach stretching for almost 8 km, framed by the beautiful solitary rocks of Isola Rossa at one end and the view of Castelsardo at the other. The resort offers four types of accommodation: I Ginepri - Le Palme - Le Rocce – La Duna Bianca, all blending harmoniously into the surrounding scenery. I Ginepri and Le Palme are especially suitable for families with children, while Le Rocce is more secluded and perfect for adults. La Duna Bianca is exclusive and romantic, just a few steps from the beach.

Food & Beverage

Le Dune offers excellent cuisine, pleasing all tastes with its choice of 6 restaurants, mainly buffet style (daily reservation advised, except for the main restaurant), one offering international and local cuisine; two specializing in pasta and pizza dishes; one for grilled meat and vegetables; two specialising in grilled fish and seafood ; one baby restaurant where children’s lunch is served; at the restaurant à la carte “Il Romantico” elegant table service and menu of the day with € 20,00 supplement (drinks and crustaceans not included). For the guests of “Le Rocce” and “La Duna Bianca” the menu of the day is free of charge to be booked locally (drinks and extra “à la carte” on payment). Children up to 6 years old are not allowed. All the flavours of Sardinia and its gastronomic traditions masterfully matched by our chefs in the Hotel’s six restaurants a cuisine rich in tastes and scents in which a medley of fish and meat dishes are well able to satisfy all preferences. You can have your drink in one of the 4 hotel bars. For Lunch, at the restaurants “Alla Spiaggia” and “Nautilus”, Brunch Mediterraneo (with supplement) a light lunch without giving up the pleasure of a good cuisine.

Accommodation

The hotel’s rooms have well-designed spaces and offer comfort and safety in a modern setting, nicely blending in with surrounding nature. The Resort comprises four distinct areas, for a total of 390 rooms arranged on the ground and first floors, all immersed in luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. Each room has a furnished terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning (in Junior and Senior rooms the air conditioning unit is placed in the living room), safe, satellite TV, hair dryer, direct line telephone and mini bar (fridge in Le Palme and Ginepri) . Le Palme: Located at the centre of the Resort, a smart meeting point with areas for fitness and dancing; especially suitable for young families (with a child under 6) and all young people. I Ginepri: Finally a relaxing holiday for parents that is also safe and fun for young kids. I Ginepri is a true heaven for families with children; the Superior, Family Suite and Senior Suite accommodation provides ample space and comfort for a pleasant stay that can truly be enjoyed by the whole family. In this area too, free cots are available subject to reservation when booking the stay. Le Rocce: This is the quietest and more secluded area of the Resort, designed for those who cherish their relaxation and privacy. Each room comes with a spacious veranda furnished with a small table and chairs. The rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and bar in this area are off limits to children under six years. The rooms of la Duna Bianca, the exclusive area just a few metres far from the sea, have very refined furniture and a wide veranda; elegant bathroom with separate shower and bathtub (or shower with hydro massage.

Useful Information on Distances

Situated on the Gulf of Asinara (Northern Sardinia), approximately 1 hour from Olbia (83km of the airport of Olbia) and Alghero (156 km from the airport of Alghero), 245 km of the airport of Cagliari, 40 min. from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Porto Torres. From the resort you can visit a number of places, either with your own means or by joining the hotel’s excursions, making one or more day trips.

Sports & Leisure

As regards closeness to the beach, its position could not be better – it is right in front of one of the most extensive beaches of north-western Sardinia. 8 km of fine white sand and crystal clear sea, where guests can find canoes, windsurf and sailing school (with catamarans). Two sectors are reserved for Dune Village, one with deckchairs and beach umbrellas, at the entrance to the resort with free entry for all guests; the other, with sun beds and beach umbrellas is reserved for guests of Le Rocce and is about 150 m from the main entrance. In the second sector, children under six are not admitted. The hotel also has an open-air disco, an amphitheatre for open-air shows, four pools, fantasy village (10,000 m2) for the kids with play area, pool and juniper wood, Duneland, a castle in the park for the little ones with creative activities, films, games area, inflatable play area, quiet room Il Pisolo, with cots and baby feeding area, plus an indoor and terrace restaurant, four hard-surface (Mateco) tennis courts, two of which are lighted, synthetic surface five-a-side football pitch, basketball court, archery butts, gym, Dance temple for dancing lessons, diving, horse-riding (payment required). The hotel provides the youngest guests (ages from 18 months to 17 years) with recreational activities depending on their age group: Baby Club (from 18 months up to 4 years - from 08.45 am to 06.30 pm- a medical certificate is required, issued no more than 3 days before the arrival day, proving that the child does not suffer and has not had recently any contagious illness. Equipment for nursery room is available on request 24 hours a day: sterilizers, mixer, nursing bottle-warmers; Mini and Junior Club: from 4 years up to 13 years, from 09.00 am to 06.30 pm providing various recreational and sports activities depending on the age; Young Club: from 13 up to 17 years old, with interesting and challenging activities planned throughout the day and the evening; courses and sporting tournaments as for adults.
