Useful Information

Guests should note that there is a returnable deposit subject to potential damages. The apartments are between 50 and 1.500 metres from the sea and are connected via a private road and a mini bus service. Near the complex a restaurant/pizzeria, swimming pool (open from 12th May until 30th September), tennis court, football and a small theatre can be found. Please note: for arrivals after 23.00 pm have to be communicated and with charge. This hotel can be reached from the following airports: Olbia (OLB) 12 km, Alghero (AHO) 139 km, Cagliari (CAG) 269 km.

The Residence Lu Nibareddu faces one of the most beautiful bays in Sardinia consisting of a very long white beach and a sea of a thousand colours. Situated in the tourist spot Porto Taverna, renowned for its beautiful beaches with a view of the Island of Tavolara, the hotel blends perfectly with the unspoiled surroundings of a sea of innumerable shades of blue, the thriving scab with its numerous bushes of juniper, from which the name of the Residence derives.

Accommodation

The rooms are conveniently built close to all the necessary facilities and places of entertainment but at the same time affording the privacy needed for a tranquil holiday. All accommodation have a kitchenette, bathroom and veranda. Some rooms have a sea or panoramic view. Guests should note the following are available at a charge: baby cots, TV, heating and bath and bed linen change. The electricity, water and gas are included in the price, as well as the final cleaning. The kitchenette cleaning is on charge.

During the tourist season, tournaments, fests and gymnastics are organised in the centre of the village.
