Food & Beverage

Victoria Golf & Beach Resort offers a la carte dining daily. From traditional Mexican dishes and gourmet pizzas to authentic international cuisine, each restaurant is bursting with flavour. When it comes to relaxing with a cocktail, the choices are just as enticing. Guests may choose from the following four bars a pool bar, beach club bar, Lotus Club bar and La Cascada bar. Guests may enjoy a Manager’s Cocktail Party each week. In more detail: El Lago Cafeteria offers a bountiful selection of international dishes in a gracious yet casual setting. This buffet style restaurant encompasses striking views of the golf course and pool area. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Jardin Victoria Restaurant is famous for its beautiful setting and extraordinary international cuisine, reservations required. Pizzeria “Mozzarella” specializes in tasty brick oven dishes with a gorgeous view of the flower-filled lake. Victoria Beach Club rests on the on the most active section of Playa Dorada Beach and features flavourful Mexican and American dishes and drinks.

Accommodation

The resort features 190 beautifully adorned rooms including superior guest rooms, junior suites and suites each with an expansive balcony or terrace and most offer a view of the golf course. All rooms are equipped with two double beds or a king size bed, air conditioning, minibar (restocked daily), hairdryer, safe deposit boxes (extra charge), direct dial telephone, cable TV. Turndown service, daily newspaper service and room service (small service fee) are available.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the El Lago restaurant cafe. During meals locally produced drinks are offered as well as coffee, tea milk and juice. Also available for the AI guests is the Beach Club (Mexican cuisine, 12:30-16:30), the Jardin Victoria (International cuisine, 18:30-22:30) and the Pizzeria Mozzarella with brick oven (18:30-21:30), all serving A la Carte (reservation required). The main restaurant El Lago is also offering A la Carte service. Tea time is between 16:00 & 17:00. AI drinks include locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages and they are served between 10:00 & 24:00 at Lotus club bar (18:30-24:00), La Cascada bar (10:00-18:00), pool bar (10:00-24:00) and at the beach club bar (10:00-17:00). Mini bar filled with soft drinks & beer, room service (07:30-22:30, surcharge for service only) and manager’s cocktail party once a week are also available.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include beach volleyball, pool volleyball, table tennis, gym, two swimming pools, chaise lounges and towel service by the pool and at the beach, scuba diving clinic once a week and one free hour (daily) of snorkelling, windsurfing, sailing, daytime tennis, bikes and kayaks. Nightly entertainment with live music & shows, access to the elegant piano bar in the 2nd floor over viewing the golf course, home theatre room equipped with satellite television, baby cribs and rollaway beds are available as well.

International Airport General Gregorio Luperón (Puerto Plata) is 15km from this unit (approximately 25 minutes transfer time). Direct access to the golf course, highlighted by a flower filled lake, lush Caribbean gardens and our romantic bridge to the beach located at 400m from the hotel (a five minute walk).
