Built in 1975, the apartment complex is composed of a 6-storey building with studio apartments that come with a combined living room/ bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be separated with a screen, an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two. Some apartments come with a terrace, and a hire television is also available. A cleaning service is provided before guests' arrival and on their departure. Bed linen is changed weekly.
