The building consists of 5 floors, with each of the 34 two-bedroomed apartments offering a lounge/dining area with sofa-bed, bathroom, glass doors to a balcony, satellite TV and air-conditioning. Open style kitchen includes a cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The apartmetns sleep up to 6 people. The complex can only be accessed by guests using a key card at the front door. Clients will be asked for a 100 Euros deposit for each apartment on their arrival (families) or 50 Euros per person (young people), to be used in case of possible damages..
