The Lindos Sunny Village is located in the peaceful resort of Pefki, in between the villages of Lardos and Lindos. The hotel is part of a larger complex, the Montemar Beach Resort, and is built in Greek village style, consisting of 361 rooms in small blocks. The hotel complex is situated on the stunning Lothiarica Beach (0 metres from the beach section and 150 metres from reception), in a beautiful garden. Four buildings make up the complex, Lindos Sunny Village, and guests can use many of the facilities throughout the complex.

Entertainment from the International Animation team (daytime & evening). Sports activities include tennis, table tennis, beach volley,  gymnastics & aerobics, sauna,  jacuzzi, darts, bocce and mini beach soccer. Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast (05:00 - 07:00 and 09:30 - 10:30), lunch, and dinner buffet. Pool snack buffet (cold snacks 10:30-18:30) and beach snack buffet (hot&cold snacks 10:00-18:00). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included with meals. All local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served at the beach bar and pool bar from 10:30 - 24:00. Coffee, tea and cookies served in breakfast buffet and pool and beach bar (05:00-24:00). Ice cream is served at the pool bar,  beach and restaurants between 10:30 - 21:30.
