Blue Bay Holiday Village offers reception, two lounge areas, TV room, and conference room for up to 250 persons. Shopping arcade and different shops within the hotel, bars and restaurants are found nearby the complex.

Chargeable Extras

Imported & brand name drinks, cocktails (reduced prices for all) at the main bar, bicycle’s insurance, pool table, aqua kids club (small water park with water slides, pirate boat and aqua splash area - free entrance five times weekly - kids must be accompanied by an adult), sun beds & parasols at the beach, windsurfing, wellness centre (indoor pool, massage, beauty treatment, sauna, jacuzzi, gym area), safety deposit boxes, telephone, baby cots and Greek nights (once a week, weather permitting) are available at a charge.

Accommodation

The 244 rooms in the main building are fully renovated (new bathrooms, furniture, tiles) with private bathrooms, central air-conditioning operating July and August, fridge, TV, music, and telephone . The family rooms (2-4 persons) have one bedroom with double bed and a second room with two sofa-beds (lounge area). Twins/doubles/family rooms are allocated around the complex; views are by request, but cannot be guaranteed. Rooms in Matoula and Sunland have garden view. Matoula and Sunland are located 200m from the main building and rooms’ category is 3 superior. Sunland and Matoula have their own restaurant, reception, pools & garden area, guests can use the facilities at Blue bay. Also baby cots are on request.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-09:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in Dionysos restaurant. During meals local drinks are offered. Hot & cold snacks such as cheese pie, meat pie, spinach pie, pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, jacket potatoes, quiche, sandwiches, salads, etc (rotating menu) are available between 10:00 & 23:00 at Artemis snack bar (except during meals). Kids can have unlimited ice cream from 10:00-18:00. Tea & coffee time with cakes or cookies is from 15:30-16:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like tea, coffee, soft drinks (lemonade, orange, cola, tonic and soda), wine, beer, rum, gin, vodka and ouzo are served from 10:00-23:00 at Artemis snack bar. Picnic basket for guests who wish to leave the hotel during the day can also be ordered one day in advance.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include darts, water polo, basketball, tennis, table tennis, beach volley, French bowls, mini football at the beach, bicycles, aerobics, water aerobics, sunbeds & parasols around the pool area and free entrance in the water park five times weekly (kids must be accompanied by an adult). There is also evening entertainment with shows, games, karaoke and dancing. Entertainment is provided by the professional animation team six days a week. Especially for kids there is a children club (05-12yrs old) and a playground (designed and installed in accordance with EU standards).

The Blue Bay Holiday Village is situated 10Km from the city of Rhodes and 2Km from Ialyssos town on the island’s west coast. The complex is located on the beach and has spacious grounds & gardens of 70,000 sqm, the exciting Aqua Kid’s Club and activity program will make Blue Bay Holiday Village the ideal place for family holidays. The main building has undergone full renovation in winter 2007.
