Nikos Studios are located on the coast, just 10 metres from the sea, and consist of two big buildings,  one with nine rooms and the other with eight rooms, all having their own balcony.  The rooms were renovated in 2004 and the beach has a 'Light blue Flag' award.  The local hamlet is Potokaki, two  kilometres from bustling Pythagorio and very near to the airport. This is a family run complex, the Stefani family have been active in tourism from 1993.

The studio rooms are 2 and 3 bed and all feature a refrigerator, a small cooking stove, a safe, a television and air-conditioning.  All offer a balcony and free WiFi access..
