Elsewhere, two big pools are surrounded by padded loungers and a handful of palms. Just around the corner, you’ll find a poolside bar complete with a stylish courtyard area. Wooden benches and tables are topped with plump white cushions, and stone walls add a rustic touch. The views from here are impressive, too – you can see the Sinai Mountains in the distance.

Another great viewpoint – especially at sunset – is the hotel’s rooftop bar, which serves snacks and cocktails in the evenings. For proper meals though, head to the main restaurant. Breakfast here is a buffet affair, while evening meals are à la carte.
