The hotel has two pools, one for children, a restaurant, room service, guest parking, a beach shuttle, shop with gifts and souvenirs, in-house clinic, safety deposit boxes, laundry service and baby sitting service on request.

Sunset Hotel is located amidst the tranquillity of Ras Om El Seid, in the privileged Southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, where the desert landscape cascades into the ocean.

Chargeable Extras

Espresso, Turkish coffee, cappuccino, fresh juices, water sports at the pubic area, laundry and internet are available at a charge.

Accommodation

The hotel has 85 elegantly furnished double and twin rooms with balcony and serene views of the garden or the pool. All rooms are fully equipped and include an ample bathroom, mini bar, satellite television and air conditioning. Baby cots are available on request and will count as 1 person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks and beer are offered. Snacks such as mini pizza or sandwiches are available between 12:00 & 12:30 by the swimming pool. Tea & coffee time with cakes & cookies is from 16:00–16:30 at the pool. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, concentrated juices and coffee are served at the pool bar (10:00-17:00), the beach bar (10:00-17:00) and the lounge bar (17:00-23:00).

Entry Requirements

On entry into Egypt, guests must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry; the fee is £13 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, a visitor’s visa is required. It is recommended that guests should see the Medhotels rep on arrival, to assist them with obtaining the visa.
