Facilities and services include piped music and air conditioning in the whole building, 24 hours qualified staff, information about hotels services and the tourist area, money exchange, car hire, shows reservations, mail services, TV room, laundry service (at a charge), comfortable meeting room for conventions, mini market with national and international press, souvenirs and gifts.

Food & Beverage

The restaurant offers buffets for all the meals. Also a cafeteria with a bar, piano bar and cyber café are available.

Accommodation

All room are decorated in warm colours and equipped with balcony, air conditioning individually controlled, sofa-bed for the third and fourth person (on request), bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, with and electric hob, fridge, hot water, telephone, TV (at a charge), safe deposit box (at a charge), piped music, doors with magnetic opening system. Cleaning is six days a week, sheet changed once a week and towels changed by request. The maximum capacity is three adults or three adults and once child or two adults and two children, understanding that those are allocated in sofa-bed.

The complex comprises of games room, billiards and recreation area, ball room, a big heated pool at the top of the building with a wide sun terrace, sun beds and parasols.
